  OK, so the good news is they do a reasonable job of washing your car. If you turn up and there isn't a wait, you will probably find them acceptable. But, on both occasions I have called ahead, and organised a time (which I have kept to). When I arrive, they have had no idea of the booking and have been under-resourced so instead of waiting one hour, it's been 2 or more. They have no organisational skills and should not let people who can't organise bookings answer the phone. It's pretty basic really.
