  I was very pleased with the price, views, quality of grounds, location, staff and facilities. Though I am a local I wanted to take my partner out for a romantic night away from home. We were both impressed and could have easily stayed longer. Issues I encountered as follows: - there were no cutlery or plates or bowls in the room. It made eating take away difficult. - there wasn't much room in the bar fridge to put anything we brought with us. - as a vegan and vegetarian, the restaurant choices were sparse - what was particularly frustrating was that there were NO vegetarian hot breakfast options on the room service menu. - It cost $17 to have two small coffees brought to our room in the morning. - the casino pokie machines seemed particularly swayed in favour of the house. We found the continual losses boring and left early.

  Greeting was lovely, desk staff friendly, concierge was very helpful. Hotel room was disappointing - it smelt old, carpet was not clean, vents were dripping water all day/night, mould on the walls. Dragon Court restaurant entrees & meals were good but extremely over-priced and we left still hungry. Casino area well run, security commendable and outdoor pool areas are all lovely. Staff again very pleasant on checkout.

  Perfect holiday, do not have to leave resort as it has all the conveniences such as restaurants and casino. Love the pool one of the best I've been to. Accommodation was perfect with a fabulous balcony, spent many hours there and the pool. There was nothing I could really fault or wasn't happy with. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely try and make this part of annual leave every year, I was very impressed.

  Prior to our arrival we requested several pieces of disability equipment for showering purposes and these were provided, including in-shower grip handles. This demonstrated an attention detail which was very much appreciated. The hotel facilities were many and friendly, attentive staff were always nearby for advice or to take our food and beverage orders. The call-up of taxis was especially efficient. Overall an extremely relaxing and pleasant stay in a very professionally run establishment. The staff were excellent.
