  Service is fine but product itself - mostly 'Sleep Maker' brand mattresses - are WOEFUL. Avoid at all costs. Expensive yet extremely uncomfortable. We tried two on the 60 day exchange policy. We are now at a point where we paid $3,000 and will likely abandon our awful new mattress on the curb as hard rubbish. Wish I was exaggerating :(
