::It looks like the dentist thinks their time worths more than the patients time. On my first appointment, I had to wait over 60 minutes although they called me many times to confirm the time of the appointment. The next time, they called me on the day of the appointment to confirm it, and I said I wanted to cancel, so the receptionist was like "next time you have to pay cancellation fees", really? okay, then pay for the 60 minutes I had to wait while i definitely had better things to do. You only have the right to say such a statement if you are very punctual in your appointments

::I was referred to Dr Michael Tam by a patient. I visited Dr Tam to review my teeth whilst I was having orthodontic treatment for rotated peg laterals. I required 4 composite resin build ups to fill the gaps and 2 half build ups. I couldn't be happier with the end result ! I get complemented on my teeth very often. They look and feel as though they are my normal teeth. I highly recommend Dr Michael Tam.
