  Yes, very hard to get an appointment. But that only means that it's a very good practise. This used to be my family GP but I ended up moving around because it was hard to get in last minute, and i moved away from the area. Been seeing different doctor's over the last 2 years for a sore shoulder, every time telling me it's muscular and to give it time. I saw Dr Chan again, and after assessing me thoroughly and an ultra sounds later, I'm on prescription anti inflammatories and seeing physio for free. He is also 100% under medicare, which most good GPs don't do anymore.

  Can never get in to see a doctor. "Always booked out" even when you call first thing in the morning. No cancellations and was pretty much told not even to attempt coming in.
