  Supplied artwork that had been previously used in another snap printing location. Was emailed through a quote, agreed to the price and then waited for the printing to be completed. Fast forward almost 2 weeks later and still no word on the status of my printing. I phoned them up to see how everything was going and the gentleman I spoke to (who conicidentaly was one of the 2 men I met and left my artwork with) could not recall me or anything relating to my printing job, he then proceeded to tell me that I needed to re-supply new artwork as there were concerns with the bleed on the edges of the printing. Never had an issue with the exact same artwork at a snap printing location before and have now been left without much needed business stationary and cards for my buisness as the work had not been done nor had I been notified. I would not recommend this particular snap location for businesses or anyone requiring large scale or bulk printing. They're friendly enough but very inexperienced and unreliable. I should've taken things as a sign that I should take my business elsewhere when it took two of them to click and drag my artwork from the usb, only to have to step behind the desk and do it myself. I hate leaving bad review's as I am a business owner myself but the inexperience and laxk of processionalism has urged me to warn others, especially business owners who require printing as part of running their business. They're just not up to the job.
