::Really disappointed really. Booked a week in advance to get hair done for a performance. And i was made to wait almost 2hrs and still no service. .... I rang because i was 5 minutes late. But they didn't communicate with me to let me know they were running behind. I waited from 10:05am and ended up leaving at 11:45 because i had other plans that i needed to attend to. Luckly i found a different hairdresser in such short notice for a cheaper price also. Sorry but communication for me is important. It's what customer service is all about and you guys lacked it that day.
