  Extremely rude salesman. We were the only customers in the store however we were not greeted or asked if we needed help until I went up to the desk and asked about a particular matteress. We were set on puchasing a mattress however he’s approach was cold and quite forceful. Would not reccomend coming to this snooze for help. We have purchased the mattress at another snooze store. Also I was told I was not allowed to take photos of the price of the mattresses. Unsure as to why?

  My husband and I were recently sold a bed by a very unethical salesperson from this store, who lied to us about a number of things that we subsequently fiund out to be untrue. In good faith, we took our concerns to the store manager who assured us that he would address the issue and get back to us with a proposed resolution, but we heard nothing more from him. We are now reporting the store's conduct to Consumer Affairs and lodging a compensation claim via VCAT. VCAT date now set due to still no response from the store, despite the response they have provided below that "someone will contact us". Yet more misleading statements.   Not just mattresses here. Good for bedroom furniture

  Clean store. Has a bed metrics measurement tool. They aim to up sell but we never felt pressured. Bought our bed here
