::Had afternoon tea at their kotara store on Saturday 23rd October 2016. Ordered a chunky beef pie, a strawberry milkshake and my wife ordered toasted banana bread and a large flat white. Well where do I start? The pie was Stone cold and carbonated to at least 3 or 4 days old. The milkshake was watery and they forgot the banana bread when we asked about the banana bread it came out 10 minutes later which only be described as having the crap cooked out of it. It was one shade short of charcoal. Absolutely disgusting experience. I thought Snows had a good reputation? Guess not.
