::Last minute walk in booking because my flight was cancelled and I was grounded in Brisbane for another night. The service from front desk check in to out was superb and despite the odd hours and last minute requests, I was always treated well. Thank you Sofitel... or is it Merci?

::Sofitel Brisbane is a completely different level of luxury and service from the moment you walk into the foyer. We arrived without a booking after leaving Marriott and walking to Sofitel Josh in reception showed us available suites and assisted us in getting checked in and settled into The Opera Suite. Josh even organised concierge to drive my wife to collect our bags.The Opera Suite is the size of three standard rooms and has an awesome bathroom with a large round bath, an amazing amount of other features like automatic lighting and blackout blinds,two TVs lounges and King Size bed.The suites also include access to Club Sofitel Lounge on the top level where the service continues with food, drinks and fully cooked breakfast in a private lounge.The Opera Suite 2819 is an experience well worth the cost and we will be doing it again. Thanks to Josh and all the fantastic and extremely professional staff for saving our Easter.

::The Sofitel Brisbane is a lovely luxury hotel in a very central location. Super comfy beds and pillows. Emily at reception is amazing! After getting me late check out until 2pm she found me waiting in the lobby (its 6 hours till my flight) and offered to bring me tea. Can’t beat that for customer service!

::Stay a night here for my 10yrs anniversary, got a really warm welcoming from the receptionist. As soon as we enter the room, received a champagne, choc cake and a hand -writing letter from the hotel manager. Got a upgrade of the room. Make me feel very special, perfect memories. Thank you the team of Sofitel.
