::could not fault the care and treatment my husband received today from the receptionists to the people doing his scans, they were so thoughtful and helpful. Thank you all so much

::okay i read some reviews of this place and they are not to favorable ....but my experience was good ...first i rang to see if i was able to bulk bill...the lady at reception told me she was not sure when i read what was on the referral ..so she had me send a copy to her email and checked with the technician and he said i was able to ....booked in next day first thing in the morning and the staff were like all staff in places just doing there job..so my experience was great...just give them a call first before going there might be the best option if bulk billing to see if your eligible .....good luck ....

::Always be wary entering a hospital when it is practically empty of patients. That was my first thought. When I went for my chest X-ray the unfriendly man promptly told me to sign a sheet of paper to say I had to pay a $100 after hours fee plus the actual cost of the X-ray before he could commence. I reluctantly signed. I was then given a giant copy of X-rays to lug around on my holiday. I rang the next day to see if the X-rays and report could be sent to my gp. The lady said she couldn't because my dr doesn't have the program to view my X-rays. What a joke. Every time I have been to a public hospital they have been able to send everything without an issue. Now I have to lug around these fragile X-rays as I have no other option. Don't go here unless you like terrible service.

::If I could give it less than one star I would. Went for a breast ultrasound and the experience was the worst. As a medical professional I would be putting my staff through serious performance reviews if I found their care to be as poor as this. Started off with reception staff completely disinterested that I had entered the premises, followed by the 'clinician' who took me for my ultrasound. AT ALL TIMES I FELT AS IF M PRESENCE WAS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. To start with this 'clinician' told my partner to sit outside, I told her I would like him in the room, she said no he is not allowed only for gyn visits, I said that's interesting I would like to see some literature on that, she then proceeded to retract her previous statement and said well you can have him in here if you want but its not something we normally do, I said yes I would like him in the room (I was already topless on the bed) and she said you can ask him in then. I told her she would have to do that since I was topless and there were other people in the waiting area. So she starts talking to me about the 3 lumps I have and their positions Nikki - I immediately stopped her telling her she was discussing with me somebody elses private confidential information as I did not have 3 lumps and my name was not Nikki, she then threw the papers in her hand onto the desk beside her where I could see them and blamed it on the receptionists giving her the wrong paperwork. then she wanders off for about 5 mins and comes back and said she had spoken to one of the doctors and they had said if I wanted my partner in the room that she would have to have another member of staff in the room at the same time as if I had one she would need one to even the numbers!!! I was in shock that she even thought this was logically never mind professionally appropriate and so my partner came into the room and she got a non clinical member of staff - the girl from reception who didn't even know what to do with herself in the room and looked about 18 during the whole ultrasound scan. in addition she was wafting the ultrasound wand all over my breast as if she didn't know what she was doing and complaining she couldn't find a lump (this was not the first time I had had this done - twice previously by an actual breast consultant in the uk) and told me to show her where it was and still couldn't find it! Absolutely appalling AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I will getting my reviews done back in the UK where there are standards in healthcare!

::SO RUDE!!!! All but Emily at reception were so rude! One even rolling her eyes at me when i was told by one of her collegues she was bulk billing after waiting over 1 1/2 hours for an x-ray the surgeon sent us to all after the surgeon called and said this patient is to be pushed in front of the line as i need him back up here asap. Didn't they jump when the surgeon called down to them to ask where we were!! Don't shoot the messenger you rude ladies!! I agree with previous review - customer service needs to be taught to these yound and old employees. Absolute disgrace!!
