  I was after small quantities of uncommonly sized wood screws. Great customer service and got exactly what I needed.

  I purchased 2 items from SPECIALTY FASTENERS online ,one item was a small bubble level which had no fluid in one of the sight glasses.i rang the store was asked to send 2 photos to verify the fault. sent the photos and was told that they would contact the supplier and contact me,that was 5 days ago! i reside in brisbane so my attempts to get this matter resolved have fallen on deaf ears .Obviously CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a priority for this company.
