  Came to fix my glasses as a screw popped out. They replaced it for free to absolute perfection. 10/10 would comeby sometime to make a pair in the future, these guys are awesome

  Had my eyes tested here by Drew, very nice, made me feel relaxed and knew what he was doing. Would recommend!

  I was passed from pillar to post seeing 5 different people to complete my order. They lost the frames that I had chosen. Lucky I had taken a pic. Optometrist says I have minor macular damage but I was not given sufficient explanation about what it means to me and I still don't know. Finally got my glasses and order was filled incorrectly so had to be sent back and corrected. Took another 10 days. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence

  This shop is awesome and has excellent customer service for years. Drew, the optometrist here, has been a superstar. He's extremely smart and competent and surprisingly, very passionate about optometry. He has been a great help with my contact lens problems and is very patient and enthusiastic even on a thursday night. The team running the reception is very customer oriented and has kept customers very happy. enjoying the service here.

  The lovely ladies here saved the day for me this morning. I am in town for just two days, didn't bring any spare contacts, and lost one this morning. In just a few minutes, they were able to assist me so I could see for the rest of my trip. Thanks a million, ladies. :-)
