  Purchased a $320 sneaker, stained my socks, got refused for refund Purchased a $320 sneaker from sprintcourt, my white socks got completely stained, went back to ask for a refund, the manager doesn’t consider this is a faulty product and I am the first customer came back to complain about stained socks(during my 30 mins stay on Saturday afternoon, there was no even single customer in the shop), and asked me to contact Fair training. Did so, Fair training sits on my side, contacted their director Mr Kane, director contacted me, didn’t admit this is a faulty product and refused to provide a refund as well. He said he about a black jeans and colour comes off from it, he was fine with it. He consider himself as a very “generous” person, so he offered me a exchange. As you know, fair training can’t do much about it, they suggest me to lodge a claim with civil court. I don’t think it is a good idea to going further with this unreasonable business, for my $320. Today I went back for the exchange, the most ridiculous thing was that the next customer after me was here to complain about the stained socks as well. I didn’t stay for the results, but I am sure she will experience the same journey as me. Feel very sorry about it. The receipt from sprint court says they don’t do refunds for change of mind, which is totally reasonable. But no single line of word mentioned that black sneaker will stain your socks. However, the manager and director defined their own rules, you HAVE TO follow. This business tried all the best to earn $320 from me. This was such a bad customer experience. All I have to say is good luck with your business, and please don’t buy black sneakers.
