  Don't shop there! The guys at Hectorville are much more friendly, helpful and professional. I wanted a warranty exchange for a car battery I purchased, but the guy told me that my receipt was for a different battery. The receipt stated a 55D23DMF, but the battery was a 55D23Cxx. Obviously, the barcode was entered incorrectly. The guy was extremely rude! Don't shop a SAP Enfield/ Blair Athol and don't buy Exide batteries.

  Surprisingly large store with a good range of products. Decent prices that compare favorably with their competitors. The staff were helpful and friendly and know what they are talking about and offer advice and ideas. If they haven't got something in stock they will endeavor to get it for you.

  Spare parts guys that know what they are talking about. Ive been there a few times looking for obscure stuff and they put in a bit of effort to find a solution when the other places weren't interested.

  The Staff are knowledgeable, attentive and courteous, whilst the Shop itself carries more parts (+ OEM) than the average Spare Parts Outlet.
