  We were a little apprehensive in purchasing our Model 3100 Green House complete with shade, benches & auto Louvre from Sproutwell in Geelong as we are in Albany W.A. From our first enquirey the helpfulness of their staff on the phone & from answers on our emails gave us the confidence to proceed. The complete packages arrived & to say we were daunted is an understatement but after unpacking & laying out all the pieces we found the instructions very easy to follow. We completed the build in 13 hours as I am only a weekend handy man but found the going simple once the instructions were followed & each item laid out that is needed for that page. The structure is extremely strong with bracing at regular intervals. Twice during the build we needed advice which was answered by return email the same day.   Very friendly and helpful staffs. High quality greenhouses and accessories. Looking forward to get a new greenhouse for my new property.
