  Great hair salon. Staff are friendly and give a really nice cut. Great value for personalised and professional service.

  Tried writing a review on your website but it’s not working.. my daughter and I came into your store on Friday last week, a LOVELY BEAUTIFUL lady named Jessica looked after us. I think she was from mt Ommaney .. We have been to Toowong a few times before and had the manager look after us and she always has been poor with customer service and rushed But Jessica just made the whole salon( staff and clients) feel welcomed and the girls looked like they enjoyed being there for once. Was definitely a hole better vibe with Jess there. !! Great job Jessica. We will be coming to mt Ommaney in the future!!!

  Went here on Monday. This place has very terrible customer service. The lady with short hair didn’t understand my request at all and she didn’t double check with me. At the end, she left my hair very wet and she tried to rudely convince me my hair was dry. To be honest she was not helpful at all even though she spent time with me reluctantly I must say. I am an international student here in Australia. She seemed very unaustralian in assisting me. I will not recommend or use this hair salon in the future.

  Horrible experience. I am pretty sure that the manager or a senior cut my hair but her customer service was appalling. She stopped cutting my hair to finish someone else off as I sat there with wet hair. This would have been but she did it without saying anything just upped and left. don't think she was happy that I did;t take her upset and asked just for a hair cut telling me then that my hair "gets by on neglect". I don't think she spoke to me at all throughout the hair cut and got annoyed when I couldn't understand her voice with directions (must have been sick as her voice was raspy). She then managed to hack off more then I had asked of my long hair which I was quite attached too. Devo!. She also didn't ask me what I thought of the hair cut and handed over the eftpos machine to pay. From a person her values customer service i was very disappointed.The there staff were lovely but this experience will make me never return.

  Veronica at Toowong S&S did fantastic layered bobs for my wife & daughter. Fast & great value.
