::Fantastic help from Linda. She was serving two customers at the same time but I never felt rushed or neglected, she gave me some wonderful suggestions and ideas for when I start losing my hair due to Chemo.

::I had a pretty good experience here. There was one lady in the shop and she was very friendly and nice.

::DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE IN TEARS. After a breast cancer diagnosis & chemo appointments locked in my sister was shopping for a wig. We called ahead at 4:45pm Monday to check what time the shop would be open until. The first call was not answered then the second call we were advised of the following " I'll be closing soon & you need at least 45min for a wig fitting." My sister advised she would only be looking to see if there was something she liked & would come in for a proper fitting another time if there was a wig she liked. We arrived at the store 35min prior to closing. On our arrival I knew we were in for a rocky road as our first interaction was abrasive. My sister preferred a human hair wig but was being pressured into a synthetic - the assistant said they sold more synthetic as they were easier to care for, less expensive & lighter to wear. The assistant asked my sister to sit down & while putting the wig on was not gentle or compassionate, she was rough & uncaring. What happened next was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. She advised my sister she would also be losing her eyebrows.....I looked down at my sister who had tears rolling down her face & my sister said that no one had told her that yet. I informed the assistant she was not in a position to give medical advice & how could she be saying something like this. I said that was enough & I helped my sister up & we walked out. If you are the owner of this store you need to seriously look at who you employ & this woman has no right to be upsetting people in a very vulnerable & fragile state or giving medical advice. She either needs further training & perhaps volunteering in a cancer ward is a good start or she needs to find another job. Very disappointing experience & will never enter this store under any circumstances. I will be telling anyone looking for help in this area to avoid your store at all costs.
