  Went in for a normal men's haircut, short back and sides. Manager stepped out and said it was against company policy to use zero setting on the clippers.. their stupidity was too much I had to leave .

  hit & miss, i've always had a great experience once they actually get to cutting your hair but the pressure put on you to add foils etc makes me uncomfortable, and sometimes you are sitting with cold, wet hair for 20minutes or so before they get to you. really like the blonde lady with glasses and fab nails who cut my hair the last two times, she is the best!

  Extremely unhappy, Not the best cut I have ever had, they used products that were not for my hair type, I left with weighed down coated hair that felt greasy. Sold me a high end product which I think they just picked off the shelf (not ideal for my hair type at all) which again made my hair very heavy and limp. I wouldn't recommend. Expensive, unprofessional and have little knowledge in creating healthier hair.

  The staff were very friendly but I have one slight problem. While the haircut I got is nice it isn't what I asked for. I'm not very good about speaking about hair but mathematics is something I'm quite proficient at and last time I checked concave and flat weren't the same thing.
