  I spent $5 on individual desert to sadly receive an over baked brownie that crumbled in my fingers and a soggy caramel slice. However the pie was very nice. I recommend for pies and bread but not desserts, they were just disappointing unfortunately. Service was clumsy and staff were tripping over each other and waiting for the machine, hope you can make some changes. 😕

  5 stars for food & coffee / 1 star for customer service = 3 star average. To the non native english speaking (Eastern European?) staff member; speaking loudly to customers comes across rude. VERY RUDE. Especially when you raise your voice each time you repeat yourself. We heard you the first time, it’s just that we were in shock at the way you spoke to us. No smile and loud voice is not a good combination Goldie Locks. We made a special trip here because of the good reviews.

  Delicious pastries, cakes. Good variety of breads. Try the fresh meat pies and croissants here. Best in the area. Coffee is good but there are lots of differet places to pick your coffee from.

  Love this small unassuming little bakery/patisserie offering lots of sweet and savoury items as well as fresh bread. All are lovely and good to sit in to enjoy as its quiet or takeaway.

  Rude staff. Glared at when I walked in. No greeting. I asked what pies they had - the woman behind the counter snapped "look at the sheet taped up on the wall" on the other side of the store. Rude coffee lady. Guy working there was polite - seemed like he was a trainee. Walked out feeling really uncomfortable. Won't be back.
