::We were initially very keen on Stratco garden sheds, because of their low prices. However after reading numerous reviews on their poor customer service (together with their installation contractors'), we became hesitant. Moreover, Stratco promised us N2 wind rating (which is low and no different from Bunnings sheds), yet Stratco claims to have thicker zinc/colorbond. We started wondering. Salesperson proudly claimed that Stratco uses only Australian steel products. We tried to get this in email as confirmation, and she refused. Shocked to find out through two different local dealers that, like most shed suppliers, Stratco only uses Chinese steel. We ended up getting a good shed from another national supplier, who is very clear where their steel is from. And we're very happy with the arrived shed (very strong, and N4 wind rating).

::It is totally unfortunate that I am writing this because I hate nothing more than to bag out businesses online. Without sounding too petty. The customer service is pretty bad in way of attitude by customer service rep in Canning Vale. send through an enquiry in Jan 2018 and no reply, as Im not a rude person I kindly mentioned the fact only to get a short reply, that they have nothing in their system of my email. The email came across like I was making it up. The whole conversation with the customer service rep over the phone and by emails seem very defensive like they simply just did not want to talk to me. You know when someone talks down to you in the way like they do not like you. There is so much more but there's not point getting all petty over someone's bad attitude. Im a very easy going person and would be more than happy to discuss with someone with much more tact, respect, manners and simply less hate. Im a very reasonable person. Im at the point I would rather more through someone else now. Im sure these guys have a lot of happy customers and unfortunately Im not one of them
