::I began with creating a request instore for a carport and fence to be quoted and installed. I never heard from a single fence installer. The carport builder came and quoted however they do not do fences and said the stratco had split the request for a carport and fence to be quoted and installed by two different builders. I received multiple texts from different staff at stratco asking if I had had a call from anyone to which i replied "No" and got no further replies. this told me straight away that internal communication for them was poor. I then rang them after 2 weeks of nothing and stated my story to which they replied that someone would call very shortly and sorry for the inconvenience. It's been nearly two weeks since that call now and still no follow up or call from either Stratco or their Builders. My phone is fine my email is working. Your time and money is best spent elsewhere on a more reliable business.

::Alison and Wayne went above and beyond to try and ensure a small purchase went as smoothly as possible. When a problem occurred during the delivery of my purchase that would have caused a major disruption to the installation(out of their control) they were quick to act and rectified the situation immediately. Would not hesitate in recommending Stratco Carrara to friends and family as their commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service was extremely appreciated.

::When delivered 1/3 of the order was missing... paid upfront before delivery and they garenteed delivery on Monday as we paid a non refundable deposit for the installation guy to come in on Tuesday... tried to contact the company... no one knows what’s happening, saying they’ll call me right away (Monday lunch time) and never did... I had to keep calling on the hour for 2 days.... every call waited for 20 mins on hold and had the installation man and mum off work waiting for a phone call all day that they never intended to return! Poor service.
