  Very kind and friendly staff. They repaired my tire for free in less than ten minutes, and apologized that they couldn't come help me take the wheel off my car because they couldn't leave the shop unattended (which I didn't ask for).

  I took my vehicle to this establishment around two months ago to fit three new tyres which were ordered online. In the first instance my dealings with the company were fine they were polite friendly and did the job in the time specified. After leaving the establishment I noticed that my car was still pulling which was not normal for the vehicle. I have recently serviced my car thinking that the problem could be something else rather than the tyres as when I left subi tyres I confirmed if the wheels were balanced and aligned and the lady said yes. My mechanic said my alignment was off so I thought I should go back to subi tyres to fix it - in my eyes should be free as it should have been done when fitting the new wheels as a safety precaution. The owner of the business met me and said no it's $66 extra. I said I did ask and confirm it was done previously and I was told yes. He argued no. So it needs doing I reluctantly gave in and booked to be seen the next day at 10am. I was told it would take 30-40 minutes and I could sit and wait. Perfect il do that and head back to work at 11 (scheduling my day accordingly) Arrive 10.05am to be told it's going to be an hour and a half. No sympathy not effort made to get the job done. I felt more of an annoyance than someone that was paying $66 for something they should be getting as a part of the original service. Customer service truly is dead in here and I won't be returning. Not one to write reviews this is my first negative but this experience needed sharing! Using Kmart instead as the service has always been top notch

  Absolutely excellent!! Went in for 2nd opinion having been told i needed 2/4 new tyres so was very relieved to hear this wasn't necessary. Great, honest advice, no wait - all done in 15 mins!

  Best experience I've had with a mechanic or tyre shop. Service was friendly and easy, and I left my car confident that they would do a good job. They did a great job, and I feel the price I was given was more than fair. I will 100% return, and have already recommended others give them a go next time they need anything done
