  Another example of TERRIBLE customer service in Cairns. Asked a employee for help to find what i was looking for, she then just pointed in the aisle and walked off. It wasn't there. I then went to my car to grab my phone and show someone what I was after. The older guy at the counter looked at me like i just punched his mother in the face, and proceeded to tell me the other girl was with some one else which was bs cause i sought her help at the counter cause there was no one else around. These staff members need retraining judging by all the similar comments here. It should never be difficult to hand over money to someone...

  Worst staffs I ever seen. that guys always so angry and not even say hello, and thanks. I swear i’m not going there ever again. use other store

  I always find what I need. Lots of specials all the time. Store credits help a lot.
