::Very good customer service! Car battery died on boxing day and although they were really busy, a very friendly lady helped us fit the battery in our car. (Forgot her name but she looked like the store manager) Great discounts as well, 25% off all stock prices.

::I bought a sca wrench awhile ago, it broke halfway using it. Went in the shop had a chat and ended up upgrading to the Stanley tool set. I didn't get the persons name (older guy, probably the manager or owner), but the one he recommended had everything you'd need for while doing a diy job. That is sufficient to even change spark plugs. I must say he had been very helpful, knowledgable and customer service had been good. Highly recommend this Supercheap.
