::Celiacs / gluten intolerant people please watch out! Marked gluten free items on the display are not always gluten free because of the soy sauce or teriyaki sauce which is put on top (in all stores) and they don't tell you the item is not gluten free anymore. Even if you double check they say it is gluten free - because it is tested in a laboratory. This might be true, but as soon as soy sauce or teriyaki sauce is put on top it is not gluten free anymore and shouldn't be marked as gluten free. I had to ask in stores to read the ingredients to figure it is not gluten free anymore. Even though I pointed this out in several stores, no changes were made. Another big problem is that you get always soy sauce fishes with your gluten free sushi without warning that there is gluten in the soy sauce. Please spread the word so this can be changed and no-one is in danger of getting sick anymore! Dear Sushi Hub Team! Please start educating your employees on gluten if you are offering gluten free products. Thank you!

::This is my favourite sushi hub store - it offers takeaway which is always busy even at breakfast time as soon as they open! as well as a sushi train to dine in and eat at leisure inside. There was a huge variety of items available & the kitchen is busy making more as the turnover is so high which means the sushi is always fresh and have not been sitting around. Everything tasted fresh & well made including the sashimi. you can order off the menu and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Scallop & salmon were both super tasty & lightly torched & surprisingly the vegetable & prawn tempura which was very tasty. All the ships were all nice and very creamy, and I loved the tofu parcels which had flavoured brown rice inside. Never any boring bits in their sushi as even the rice are tasty and flavoursome with a good bite to it. if your dining in, pair it with a tea or beer which both go so well. a fabulous place for dining in or takeaway.

::While I gave 3 stars this place is still a decent place to get rolls to-go. The problem arises when you dine in. The most recent meal I had with my girlfriend presented us with quite a dissapointing experience. It was when the store was shooting some pictures for some advertisements about some juices. The staff was not attentive and the food on the sushi train are not fresh with a lot of the warmer dishes running cold. Also when we were ordering food, for one of the dish the waitress just outright pointed the sushi train and said: "just grab it from there". Not that I get anything from Genki but at least from Genki (the restaurant), they'd make it new for us. Verdict: cautious while dining in while you could still get some nice deals for rolls to go.
