  These guys have always delivered my order ahead of time, under budget and 100% complete. Seriously, I have never had to send anything back, query anything or complain that the goods I ordered weren't of the quality I was expecting. I don't think any other company I've ever placed orders with has done that. There are obviously human beings at the heart of this operation who care about what they do and check everything before it's sent. Well done guys, Swamp Industries will always be my first choice for audio gear.

  These guys and girl are fantastic. Purchased headphones for a Xmas present for a 10 year old who then decided (unknown to anyone) to use a different cable to recharge them. Sent them back (post paid by Swamp) and they discovered the problem quickly. Resent at their expense. Would recommend them to anyone as their customer service is great and has integrity.

  As they are mainly an online business the shop is only a small representation of the huge range they carry. They were SO helpful, I've been looking for a rechargeable amp to busk with. They were happy to set it all up and let me try it. The price was SO low. Do yourself a favour.

  I've bought quite a bit of audio kit from Swamp over the years. Good quality stuff, with plenty of information on the site. The showroom is small, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, willing to get stuff out from the warehouse to demonstrate as needed.
