  Extremely poor customer service, rude manager and will lie and make excuses for why they do not do the job they are paid for. I wouldn’t recommend their pool servicing to my worse enemy. This company makes me really wish I could put down zero stars.

  Website and front door says open until 4pm Saturday. In reality they shut at 2pm and 'shut down' the 'water testing lab' (?) at 130. You have lost a long term customer forever with the rude attitude displayed yesterday of having to rush out the door at 145 and refusing to serve customers from 130 onwards. Bunnings will test your water and open all day.

  Be prepared to carry your chlorine to the car on your own.
