::The Surgeon Dr Jeffery Tu, Anaesthetist and nurses were all lovely and did a great job. Only downfall was one of the male nurses put the blood pressure machine on over my cannula, I explained this to him and that it was hurting me as I was awaking from anaesthesia and he told me I was fine, I asked again to move it to which he told me I was fine it was obvious he was in a rush to get home. One of the other nurses noticed my cannula was bleeding and I explained what happened, she apologised and told me she would have words with the other nurse. She told me to take my time until I felt ready to leave. Cheap parking $4 for however long the duration of your appointment.

::Worst experience ever only just got back to work after 9 months due to a severe staph infection in operated area. End result I had a seizure.

::Never go here! I had an appointment booked in And took time off work. Got a phone call the day before saying that "we hadn't spoken to you in nearly a week were not going to be able to put you on the list for tomorrow". Since when do patients need to call to confirm appointments?? No apology and proceeded to try and book me in for 2 weeks down the track. Terrible service on top of that trying to put blame on the customer? Terrible attitude shown when I called back. No apology and the blame was placed on me.

::I had a surgery scheduled for 3pm. Per the instructions supplied, I phoned at 2:30pm to find out if they were running behind. I was advised that they didn't know and that I must still present at 3pm. So I did, re-filled out the 6 page admission form I'd sent through electronically 2 days prior because apparently it "wasn't legal because it wasn't yellow". #annoying 3:45 came about and I was still sitting in the waiting room. So I enquired about roughly how much longer I might need to wait. The receptionist dodged my question telling me they were unable to give me any time frame and by 4pm they had all left. I found myself still waiting at 4:30 and by this stage I was becoming quite impatient. I asked a couple of the medical staff who came to reception about when I might be seen. They looked straight-down at the run-sheet sitting on the reception desk and advised me in a very matter of fact way "Approximately another 90 minutes". I was grateful to have some estimate but at the same time quite annoyed that the receptionists failed to give me the same information I was finally admitted at 6:30pm, 3.5 hours late. I fully understand that things run late from time to time and that's unavoidable. But there is absolutely no excuse for the way this situation was handled by the administrative staff. On a positive note, the surgeon, anesthetist and nurses were all lovely and did an outstanding job. If I was rating them alone, I would have given a 5/5.
