::My partner went in looking for two e-bikes that would help us manage the hills in Sydney. We came out happier than ever with two incredible Evo e-bikes. The owner Jake and his team are all true professionals that share a great passion for their bikes and helping their customers find the right one. I highly recommend their bikes and service to anyone, 10/10 for this experience.

::Good: Offered useful (though unneeded for myself) advice. Did end up installing the mount for the D-lock I'd bought (but see below). Lent me a bolt cutter to cut out my old cable lock and a removed the mount for my trusty Vulcan lock, whose keys were sadly destroyed. Bad: One of the staff members was quite rude and asked me to install said mount myself even though I was charged a hefty markup for it and the cable lock I'd bought. I'd imagine the margin would make up for the precious time and effort they spent installing my mount. Fortunately common sense prevailed and a more polite employee did the work. Verdict: Next time I'll make the trek across the bridge to Clarence Street.

::Great experience with SEB. Had to wait a while for the bike I wanted to come in stock but it was worth the wait. Really happy with my purchase and the service provided. They let me rent a bike for a week and cost was discounted off my purchase. Nice work Jake and team.

::Great and extremely friendly service without any pushy sales when I bought my first electric bike. Also very helpful with advice and servicing. Even giving my brakes a quick adjustment for free when I popped in to see if they needed to be replaced.

::Great service and more importantly, honest, reliable advice. So I decided to buy an E-bike for my daily commute to work. After spending 3 weeks researching online I arrived at Sydney Electric Bikes knowing all there was to know about E-Bikes... Turns out I had no idea what I was after and what the best bike for me was... But thanks to the staff giving me the right advice (as opposed to just telling me what I wanted to hear) and letting me ride multiple bikes, I purchased the right bike for me. 4 weeks on I'm riding it and loving it every day and haven't regretted my purchase once.. So if you want to buy an E-Bike, do it they're awesome, and also visit Sydney Electric Bikes. You'll get the right advice and get to ride as many bikes as you like...
