  Terrible customer service in such a disrespectful way that just gross and disgusting. Mainly by manager Adrian, I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

  The venue is small and dirty and the floor is slippery. The stairs are health and safety hazards as they are designed badly (accidents waiting to happen)! The staff were so bored and they acted like they did not want to be there. From observation, Asian Australians and Asian visitors should save their money and skip this place. Unfortunately, sexual racism against Asian males is a fact of life in Australia.

  I love this sauna the attendants are incredible and the client base is very good. Shower is not well controlled temperature and pressure wise and really need to be fixed. Again spa as much as I like a deeper spa which Sydney sauna does have I always fell in there's a first step then the second Step about 70cm down. Very dangerous. But in general the best sauna in Sydney. Which is why I like to go there often.

  What a great place first time there today had a ball clean great spa and sauna heaps of play rooms showers are great area nice staff highly recommend went at 1.30 pm had a fair few constant stream of men
