  Nice clean store, that is because it's new. The store is large, however, choice range is limited compared to days of old. Wesfarmers really need to rethink beyond share price & dividends. Restructuring of customer service, would be a great place to start, staff training needs a desperate overhaul. The lack of service & drive of self serve checkouts is systemic in ALL Wesfarmers stores, Coles, Office Works, Kmart etc, etc. At this store, no customers in the queue, 1 check out operator serving, & then the inevitable question from the sargent-in-arms "cash or card" as she points towards the self serve area. I opted to be served by a REAL person. Then behind me, I heard the repeated mantra "cash or card", the family responded, we will wait for service thanku & that is what we want please Wesfarmers, service.

  Huge Target with wide range of stock at discounted prices. Fast service. Could have a slightly better layout. Self serve needs some tweaking too.

  Self checkout the only way to purchase. I will not rush back. Hate self check out! Slow and always problems.

  Misplaced, lack of a range of clothes and shoes, poor placement of the checkouts , difficult to find what you want. Not as good as the old store. Does not show that it understands the market.
