  Terrible customer service on the phone. Long delays. Repeating add that’s gets very annoying very fast.

  We found that the store gave ample space to move even though they were putting out Xmas decorations.

  The lady who served me forgot an item and didnt put my receipt in the bag so there's so way to prove my purchase - very poor attention to detail on the staff's behalf

  For a department store they are pretty good. Service is not to bad never had a bad experiance. I wish it was more easy to put warranty claims in like some sort of record keeping. We bought a vacuum cleaner and 10 months later it dies Philips offer 2 yrs warranty. But the receipt has badly faded. So got no way of putting a claim in. That's disappointing. But not targets fault. It makes me buy appliances for other outlets that have a good record keeping systems.
