  Very good and very professional staff. They identified some issues many other dentists I'd been to over the years hadn't picked up. Agreed that they take their time and don't appear to be rushed.

  Excellent dental staff. Friendly and skilled. Better than NIB where they're in a rush.

  Your website and online details clearly stated your were open today Saturday 15 April and closed good friday and easter sunday. So i drove in.... spent ages finding a park... only to find the lil sign on your window that you were closed. How about updating you web page.... it would save a lot of pissed of people coming to your store and finding it closed. I am sure in this tech savy age it would not be hard to update your webpage.

  Excellence is the keyword. The service, professionalism and the skills are just top notch for both dental and optical, and the front desk is outstanding.

  I've just started going to teachers health fund in Hamilton. Receptionists are both kind and very knowledgeable on the phone and in person. They haven't ever been running late in my experience - hardly have to wait before seeing the dentist. Receptionists booked me in with the same dentist each time which means they know you, your teeth history and makes the experience more personal. My dentist Callum is very attentive and provides a high level of care. Not the kind to lecture, be rough or make it unpleasant. Dental assistants were also helpful, happy to have short polite conversation. Overall, I highly recommend to everyone! Only downfall being that it is difficult to book in for the same week as they are so busy. 😁
