  Horrible service. Booked my partner in and waited 50 minutes, we used our Medicare card for this appointment and there was no charge. Then I called up to book an appointment for myself and specifically asked for a Medicare appointment. The lady told me that they don’t do any appointments that are covered by Medicare, as I started to explain how my partner had been there about 2 weeks before that and we weren’t required to pay anything she told me if I can’t afford an appointment to go elsewhere. So rude and will never ever go back.

  Staff doctors are excellent. Very professional and thorough but they are a full charge service. $85 from which you get a $35 Medicare rebate.
