  I have never bad a problem with this chemist, I know the "Asian/Chinese" ladies are a bit slow at service, but just smile & talk nice with them & their service 2 U will be fine, the head Pharmacist - David, what a wonderful man, has a good sense of humor & works at lightning speed to get your script filled before you can say BOO! - I've been going there for a few years now & I reckon the staff at "Chemist Warehouse" are the rudest I've ever come across, I much prefer - Rundle Place - than even any chemist near me, in Mile End💊

  I went to terry white Rundle place to get my regular blood pressure medication filled.the pharmacist told me a would be provided with a generic Brand. They gave me a generic b of an anti depressant which I took for 26 days and was hospitalized for 4 days be careful shopping there

  Chinese female staff provide extreme bad customer service, even impolite for customer. Really bad experience, never go there, be careful

  The culture of the team is 'yes' and 'how can I help' - a very different experience compared with many pharmacies in the city - Terry White Rundle Mall staff are clearly aware that they are employed to serve and consistently follow through!!

  experienced really bad custom service today with a Chinese female staff, she refused to solve my problems, and completely ignored my question. Really mad with it, I reckon we should deserve much better custom service. Will not come back again, and also will let all my friends know my experience😡😡
