  The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a wide foot and have often had misfitting shoes so I was unsure what a fitting shoe felt like. The woman who served me, sized up my foot and presented me with a range of options, she was able to answer all queries. I didn't buy it on the day I got it fitted, but rather a week later. When I went in to purchase it she remembered me and got out the shoes for me to try on again to make sure they were comfortable and fitted right. I have now used the runners a few times, and they have left my feet feeling in good condition with nil foot or ankle pain or stiffness. The service was honest, and I didn't feel pressured into the sale.

  Brought a pair of shoes less than a year ago (Mizuno) for $230.00 Manager told me to bring them in, then when My mum took them in she told her that it was my fault because id used them to much ? Also, nobody advised the warranty for shoes sold their is 6 months. So by just telling me that, could've saved SOO much time, RUDE ! if you hate your job, get a new one!
