  Always have an excellent meal here. I don't know why people complain it's the best Mexican on the coast along with other aztec and montezuma restaurants if these people ate Mexican in some Mexican restaurants in Thailand and Vietnam they'd be extremely disappointed

  The food is pretty good, however the experience is severely lacking when it comes to a regular particular staff member. No people skills, arrogant, completely apathetic and discourteous toward our party and others; utterly rude. I’d give him the sack if it were my restaurant.

  Terrible! $20 for some refined beans on a few corn chips "nachos" we even had to order more corn chips (at an extra cost). Wouldn't recommend. I am big on Mexican and this was easily the worst I've tried.

  This place has steadily declined over the last 12 months both in quality of food and poor customer service. High staff turnover, snooty waitresses and guaranteed unexplained lengthy waits to receive your overdone burnt meal with no apologies given. I'll be dining elsewhere from now on.

  We always eat at Montezumas at Kedron which is fantastic. Aztec may have the same menu but the food is not the same. No taste, tonnes of canned retried beans on every plate, tasteless dry chicken, cold beef on the tacos and generally just really bad food. Our table cloth which is an old beach towel had mould all over it and The place had a bad smell. You will find better food in Broadbeach than this place
