  At the Hamlet they used to be 5 stars, but now they become too complacent. Would not give them even 1 star now. Booked the appointment last week with Ady. I arrived 3 min earlier. Even though Ady was free he made me wait 10 min past the appointment time. He did not listen properly how I want my hair cut and did a very poor job. Very disappointed. Not going there ever again.

  Really trendy place and they'll give you a great haircut. Not good if you're looking for good customer service or if you're in a hurry.
