  Position is great, across the road from the bay. Our room was nice and suited our family of 5 but very old and needs up dating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean.

  Great place, food and service outstanding. Would recommend it to anyone. Priced well for a large plate.

  Great spacious rooms. Clean. Staff were so helpful. Only let down was the windows didn't seem to close properly so lots of unnecessary noise

  I f------ hate this place! Will never stay here again! I can not recommend staying here if you are reading this review. Only one lady (An Indigenous woman) who provided me with extra towels was lovely and polite, one person out of about 50 staff that seemed to be roaming around at any one point doing nothing. The other staff were absolutely so rude and I would never recommend staying here. The rooms were reasonably priced and were ok but the quality of customer service was disgraceful and ruined our whole weekend away. I'm just absolutely astounded. There was one staff member in particular who if I ever see again, I'll be seriously debating with myself whether or not to tell her to go get f---------.. Just disgusting, hope you all get the sack and new staff are employed. Here's a thought maybe some more Indigenous staff because at least she had some manners and was trying to be accommodating. Otherwise, Go F---- yourselves!

  Nice and comfortable room very basic, nothing luxury, bugs galore. Staff okay, not fantastic. Strangely got charged for smoking in my room, when I went outside. Perhaps a good way to raise cash.
