  excellent property. excellent staff especially Shannon on front desk. all staff friendly — cheerful and helpful. excellent value for money. excellent location

  Fantastic location adjacent to Lygonn St. Pretty reasonable rooms. Good staff. Cleaner arrived really late on Sunday after we'd been out and returned to the room. We chose not to have it cleaned.

  Fantastic stay right near Lygon St. Shannon is excellent reception person. Breakfast staff also very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when in Melbourne.

  Fantastic location and lovely staff. We only stayed for one night but will definitely book again. Only a short walk to Lygon Street and close to the CBD also. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The 11am checkout was a massive bonus for three weary travellers! We thought the place was really great value.

  The rooms are very nice. Nothing overly luxurious, but very basic and apt! Reception were very polite and I really enjoyed the heated pool at the centre. I wasn't overly impressed with the spa in the spa room, but it was still better than any bath I've had! I'll definitely consider staying here again.
