  If your going to advertise that your open until 7pm don't close at 4 and waste people's time. Terrible for business. Just sayin

  I picked up a lemon meringue pie on 29th Dec for a family Christmas event. It was awful. Crust was soft and filling not lemon tasting at all. So disappointed. I won't be back.

  Placed a special order two weeks in advance and when I called on the day I was picking it up to check it was ready to be picked up, I was told that my order was "misinterpreted" and that I was welcome to "scrape the icing off with a knife" if I wanted the problem fixed because they needed another week's notice for special orders. I needed the cake the day after I was supposed to pick it up so I didn't have an extra week. I emailed the store explaining my issue at this lack of service and was simply told the person misinterpreted what I said so there's nothing they can do. No point making orders over the phone with this store. Absolutely hopeless.

  Brought two halfs of cakes, cut and and handed it out to party guests. Both cakes dry and old, yellow tinged to the cream. Ask for a refund and they said only get refund if I give them back 80% of the cake! Why the hell would I keep the cake after it's been cut up and handed out. Everyone through it out cause it was disgusting! Terrible shop
