  10 tables full of used dishes. Service extremely slow. Bad when customers have to clear their own tables. Hot food sits under warmer light for too long.

  Not group or baby/kid friendly. Croissant was burnt. Tiny slice of banana bread not worth the price. Table was too small for our group 4 x adults and baby in high chair. Asked if we could move two tables together. weren't allowed. Asked to sit at food court table next to restaurant - wasn't allowed. We were forced to sit at a tiny table - squished all food plates on top of each other. No space for baby.

  In Perth visiting my family and stopped in here whilst shopping to have lunch. I ordered wedges with cheese and bacon. The cheese was so overcooked on the wedges that it was almost non existent I took a wedge and bit into it in my mouth and was scolding hot. It has now severely burnt the roof of my mouth and my tongue. I took it back to the counter and they offered to get me something else or refund. What's the point when I won't be able to taste anything so I took the refund. Debating taking this further as it's so painful.

  Paid $24.05 for a ham, mushroom and cheese omelette plus a small flat white. My omelette arrived, it was nothing more than scrambled egg with ham and mushroom in it. I tried several times to call the waitress over to no avail. As I was in a hurry to get done and get to work, I took a photo of my meal and then approached who I thought was the Manageress. Her excuse....it's the new may of making an omelette....what??? Just a load of mush dumped on a plate??? Sorry I will not be back!@@@
