  Customer Service is disastrous!!!! You would think that 3 people waiting to order coffees ina coffee shop might warrant someone serving them.....No, all 3 customers walked away and ordered at the health food cafe next door!!!!

  Not bad, but extremely expensive if you simply want decaf coffee. Almost $1 extra than regular. Pfft. Staff need to be much more friendlier too. Expect a sigh when you interrupt a conversation between two of them.

  Had a take away flat white a few days back It was undrinkable. Ended up throwing 3/4 of it out. I wasn't expecting stellar coffee, but it would have been nice to at least be be able to drink it without screwing up my face
