::The renowned Irish club has transformed, into a theatre with old school charm. Still having the old touches of the Irish club, you enter to staircase leading up to the theatre that awaits you. You enter a movie maze, with nostalgic movie mania that catches your inquisitive eye. It's theatre's are small but cosy, you feel like your in the comfort of your home. It's cinemas like this that will outlast commercialisation of the large movie chains, that end of the day it's not what your watching but the experience. This will leave you with one.

::Fantastic cinema! Definitely one of the best in Brisbane. The decor inside is lovely, the cinemas are really clean and the variety of movies available is great. Would highly recommend.

::Great cinema experience! Great place to go out with your friends. You can enjoy your favourite films in the historical ambience and comfortable seats. Staff are very attentive and obliging.

::Treat yourself to seeing a movie here. We went the equivalent to Gold Class Saturday afternoon for $21 for two tickets. The cinema was small but that gave it a nice intimate feeling. Seats really comfortable. Back doesn't recline but they have an electric foot rest. A nice touch was each seat had a cushion. The usual food and drink service as well. Customer service was 10/10. Upstairs next to the bar is a lovely lounge area. The whole complex had a lovely ambience. A delightful first visit, we can't wait to go back.

::Absolutely loved the Elizabeth Picture Theatre! Beautifully refurbished building that has retained some of the best features of the previous site (including the bar from the old Irish club). We were in Cinema 3 - one of the Royal rooms and it was so comfortable with electric reclining chairs, cushions and waiter-service to your seat. We even got a great deal with tickets at just $9 for a daytime screening. If you're looking for a more luxurious cinema experience in the city, this is definitely the place to come!
