::Unacceptable and disgusting. Ordered flowers for my partner and mother, to be delivered to their offices in the CBD on the Valentines day. Orders were made online 2 weeks before the Valentines day. I get a phone call at 10pm ON THE VALENTINES DAY telling me they were not able to deliver any of them as they had too many orders. Not a single word of apology. "Well, if you look carefully, we did state somewhere we cannot guarantee deliveries on time" giggle giggle.. This seemed funny to the girl that called me. Absolutely disgusting. Furthermore, they are not yet sure when they will have time to process the refunds, as they have a few thousand more people to call. Should've notified earlier if unable to deliver NOT wait til 10pm on the day. Should've NOT accepted online orders like that if cannot deliver. Should've CLEARLY stated on website deliveries are not guaranteed on the day even if you make orders many weeks prior. Lacks reliability and professionalism. Absolute disgrace. Thanks and well done for ruining my and thousand others' Valentines, and feeling happy about it.
