::Terrible customer service: My partner ordered flowers for me from this company, hes unsure about flowers so after choosing a bunch he used the chat function to request that whatever he has chosen please make sure they are not lillies (as lillies are poisonous to cats and have nearly killed ours in the past). Lillies were delivered, when we called to ask about them they confirmed they were lillies and they denied they received the chat messages (we have screen shots of these messages to prove they were sent) after i explained we cant have these $213 flowers due to lillies being poisonous and us not wanting to risk having them in our home near our cat the owner responded with "im a flower person not a vet" which was very rude. If someones selling flowers they should know about what they are selling and they should offer to remedy and smooth over issues and complaints. Buy flowers off someone who knows about there product and what they are selling i dont recommend buying them from here.
