  Very good!😊😉 Mind blowing stuff is there!😉😁😎 White goods, electronics, all type of handy gadgets,📱🎧📠🔋💿📽📼📷💻 whatever you need to please yourselves 🛒😁😉 Only...you need a 'buckets' loads of money honey!😄💰💰💰🐝😉But... it is sad 😟 and appealing that nowdays all of those goods at the 'Good Guys', and everywhere else...are Made in China, Korea not Made in Australia... And only with 1 year guarantee😐.   Few years back i had a really bad experience in this store since then never went to any Good Guys store even i moved to Brisbane now. Worst customer service from the store manager. Did made a complaint sending email but no response. Still remembered those word that store manager said. Worst worst.... wish there is a negative star to choose...

  Today while cruising Good guys at Mackay, a lady approached me offering to make me a cup of coffee while I browsed. I said, "no thanks, but could you telling me about this product"? She said her job was to offer coffee to ppl while they were shopping. It felt blood good having a brief chat to her and a laugh. So thank you who's ever idea it was. It made me feel welcome & relaxed. And yes, I did buy my item I was looking at.

  Most of the time excellent service but twice in five days the service was non existent. Twenty minutes waiting for a salesperson to buy television and twenty five minutes waiting for a salesperson to buy food processor. I ended up walking around the corner to the opposition both times

  Some staff really good, others not as much. Good products and good range. Ok price most of the time.
