::I truly wish I could rate zero. The staff here are disgustingly rude. Shopped here today and waited about 20 minutes in a line while two people tried to solve one customers issue in the most lackadaisical way humanly possible while the line grew and grew. It never occured to them to: A) Allow one person to deal with the issue while the other served customers B) Acknowledge those in the queue C) Apologise for the wait D) When finally serving people actually saying hello instead swiping the items making exactly zero eye contact while scowling as though everyone there was an extraordinary inconvenience. To make matters worse there were several other staff wandering around with no purpose whatsoever highlighting that understaffing was clearly not the issue.

::How Pathetic... Ordered a new microwave on line on 12/01/2018. It’s now the 22/01/2018. I found I was eligible for Next day delivery... No Luck :( I’m a pretty patient guy so after 10 days I thought I should ring and see what’s up. Spoke to a lady at Artarmon when I found out that’s the store to delivery my item... Was told I will get a call back to you and give you an update... How SAD...Customer Service is out the door.... A simple call , good news or bad and I’d be content... Burt ones here and Never Again

::Ordered two fridges 24 days ago. Still waiting. Have called the store a few times. Assuming they pick up the phone (which they rarely do) I get fobbed off with a promise of a call back that never happens. I'm still waiting and have no idea of an ETA for when my fridge will be delivered. I'll probably do a credit card charge back and go elsewhere...
