::We wanted to purchase a TV and My wife and daughter shopped around. We went and had a look at Harvey’s in Waurn Ponds and didn’t get served so we decided to come to the Good Guys on Fyns street. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and felt welcoming. We came to the TV department and we were extremely impressed by Michael. He was very polite and sold my daughter what we needed. I will always recommend the Good Guys and Michael to everyone. Whenever we need anything electrical, we will come and see Michael from the TV department at the Good Guys.

::My Fridge blew up on Boxing day at about 8:00 pm, Walked in told the lady what i needed. She didn't take me to the most expensive fridge, instead took me to one on a massive sale that was perfect. I have just had it delivered two days after buying it and the two guys that came around to deliver, install and remove the old fridge and rubbish were fantastic. Went above and beyond to show me how to remove the handles and move the fridge because i am moving in a few months. Top service top delivery guys. made the whole process painless

::The service here is hit or miss. I have met some extremely nice people here but there have been a couple of times when they were too quick to give us blunt 'i don't know' with 'i don't care' attitude. I understand that people don't know everything but at least show others that you're willing to help or find the answer.
